Free Shipping

Eligibility: Free standard shipping is available for orders totaling PKR 1500 or more (after any discounts or promotions are applied and excluding taxes).
Delivery Time: Orders eligible for free shipping will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Rates

Orders Under PKR 1500: A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 will be applied to orders that do not meet the minimum amount for free shipping.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery options, express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the package.

Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. A subsequent email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Delivery Locations

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all major cities and towns within Pakistan.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping capabilities

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at mussadiqkhan09@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

Changes and Cancellations
