Return And Refund
At DazzleRuhi, we are committed to providing high-quality home accessories and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to address your concerns.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
- Custom-made, personalized items, or final sale items cannot be returned.
Return Process:

Initiate a Return:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Pack Your Item:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item:
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
