Return And Refund

At DazzleRuhi, we are committed to providing high-quality home accessories and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to address your concerns.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
  • Custom-made, personalized items, or final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item:

    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item:

    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • Some health and personal care items

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
